By accessing or using InstaPink (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
InstaPink is a marketplace platform that connects customers with local service providers for various services including, but not limited to:
- Hair and beauty services
- Wellness and fitness
- Home services and organizing
- Errands and courier services
- Pet services
- Event and party help
InstaPink acts as an intermediary platform and is not the provider of these services.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update any changes to your information
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Phone Verification & SMS
By providing your phone number and requesting a verification code at https://instapink.co/login.html, you consent to receive SMS messages from InstaPink for:
- Account verification (one-time passcodes)
- Security alerts
- Transactional booking updates (booking created, provider assigned, provider on the way, provider arrived, job completed)
- Message and data rates may apply
- Message frequency: 1-2 messages for verification; 3-5 messages per booking
- Reply STOP to opt-out at any time
- Reply HELP for assistance

5. Payments & Fees
For Customers:
- You agree to pay for services booked through the platform
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- An 8% platform fee is added to service prices
- Funds are held until service completion is confirmed
For Service Providers:
- You receive 92% of the service price
- InstaPink retains 8% as a platform fee
- Payments are released after customer confirmation
6. Service Provider Requirements
Service providers on InstaPink must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate profile information
- Maintain appropriate licenses or certifications where required
- Deliver services professionally and as described
- Respond to booking requests in a timely manner
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Customers may cancel bookings according to the cancellation policy
- Refunds are processed at InstaPink's discretion
- Service providers who repeatedly cancel may be removed from the platform
8. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Use the Service for illegal activities
- Circumvent the platform to avoid fees
- Attempt to manipulate reviews or ratings
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
9. Limitation of Liability
InstaPink is a marketplace platform that connects customers with independent service providers. We are not responsible for:
- The quality of services provided by service providers
- Actions or omissions of users
- Disputes between customers and service providers
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
10. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting an update on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
